The Company currently controls several projects all located in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico and work is currently underway on the Santiago project. The Santiago gold project is located in the famous Batopilas silver-gold district. The project is exploring a zone which contains eight gold-bearing, quartz-sulfide veins. The Santiago Project has been owned by the same family for over 100 years and has never been explored by modern methods. Local infrastructure is good as the properties are road accessible and a state power line crosses the properties.  Caza plans to complete mapping and sampling at Santiago in preparation for a fall 2010 drilling program to test the high grade gold veins.

Caza has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Moris Exploration block of concessions, in the Moris gold district of western Chihuahua, adjacent to the open pit, heap leach Moris Gold Mine, operated by  Hochschild Mining plc at 25,000 oz per year  Caza plans to complete an initial evaluation of the district to identify the best exploration opportunities in the very large property area (47,433 hectares)

Western Chihuahua is a well-mineralized region with multiple epithermal vein deposits, including Ocampo (Gammon Lake), Pinos Altos (Agnico Eagle) and Dolores (Minefinders). Mineralization in the Moris district consists of low sulfidation epithermal vein and breccia bodies and includes the potential for the discovery of low tonnage high grade veins as well as bulk tonnage low grade deposits. The Moris Exploration properties encompass several prospective gold target areas.

Caza Gold Corp. is an unlisted gold exploration company that was spun out of Canarc Resource Corp. to Canarc shareholders in order to facilitate the financing, acquisition and exploration of strategic gold properties in Mexico and Latin America.  Caza is aggressively seeking new gold project acquisitions in 2010
